A liberation-centered journey for the woman who’s ready to rise beyond what she’s been through and return to who she truly is.
Your healing. Your process. Your remembering. Your liberation.
It is the sacred container that holds space for you as you unfold: healing, reclaiming your identity, remembering who you are, and leading yourself from the inside out. Together we build self-awareness, reconnect you with your inner wisdom, and take aligned action toward the change you wish to see in your life. This is for those who are ready to do the work.
This is a designed partnership focused on your agenda. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and that the answers you seek are already within you.
As coach, spiritual guide, and teacher, I hold space that is supportive and grounded. I open pathways for self-discovery and reflect what I’m hearing. I also challenge conditioned patterns and beliefs with care. My aim is for you to gain the awareness, clarity, and accountability to move forward on your own terms.
My specialties include career transitions, leadership, spiritual development, and grief and loss, with a deep foundation in trauma-informed healing and domestic violence survivorship. They draw on more than 25 years of human-centered leadership and over a decade leading a nonprofit alongside survivors. I’m a Professional Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation, and I hold my work to its code of ethics.
True Transformation Takes Time
Lasting change unfolds in cycles. When the conditions are right, transformation can happen at the soul level. That’s why each pathway is paced to your season, and why every session is woven with practical teaching, so you leave with language and tools you can keep using.
